Just awesome

This is an amazing e-book approximately narcissism and narcissistic abuse. An magnificent book for somebody who is looking for mending from narcissist relationships.I have perused numerous books on narcissism all of which I purchased from Amazon.com.This is the main book I feel that shows you how to recuperate.Numerous books center around being an injured individual and truly don't assist that much with recuperation from narcissistic maltreatment.

This book is changing my life.

This book is changing my life. I now understand why he behaves the way he does, why I felt so confused and hurt. I know now that a heartfelt apology will never happen. And I know what I need to do to stay strong, and stay away from toxic and abusive people.

Nice points

I am listening lots of books it's one of the best books for me. This book opened my eyes to toxic behaviors I was experiencing in the relationship. I now know the red flags to look for so I don't make excuses for others' toxic behaviors, and so I don't allow myself to be subjected to the ongoing and recurring emotional abuse and trauma that these behaviors inflict. I really benefited to listen this book. Thanks to the author.

EXCELLENT 👍

I would have liked to have seen more empowering self help guidance. Being fresh out of a narcissistic relationship, I was luckily well informed about the tributes of a narcissist. However, I hoped to get more from the book in the sense of empowerment and what lies next for me.

Very informative

How can your love and have the best of intentions to have it be turned against you in such a vile manner, how can you understand what you can't relate or identify with? This book helps you feel like it's real and not imagined. You can recognize similarities, you recognize the truth in what you read and wonder why you didn't see it before (because you couldn't, it was too hard to believe) but now your eyes are opened and you can't ignore the truth....for long.

A Guide to Understanding and Overcome

This was a really eye-opening book. Unfortunately I know someone that is in an emotionally abusive relationship, so I started researching ways to help her and came across this book. It detailed many of the common characteristics of these types of relationships. I do like that it covered leaving the relationship as well as staying, and went over aspects of both decisions. I am going to send this book to my friend and hope that it gives her the courage she needs to face this decision.

Awesome written

I really enjoy the approach to healing laid out in this book. A lot of support groups I have been in seem to hold a lot of anger, bitterness and resentment and encourage the use of those emotions to fuel themselves through life, rather than heal.

Special Disarm the Narcissis Book..

I'm satisfied and Impress also from this guide. The kind of abuse victims lives through leaves behind emotional and psychological scars. Imagine loving someone with the very thing you have, only for them to leave you nothing but a shell of yourself. You can barely recognize yourself by the time you get the courage to walk out of such a relationship. Overall excellent!

Very good listen

Very good listen. The book can help people spot a narcissist before commitments have been made, and hence spare one's self life full of drama and noise without much happiness. This book is a great guide to wean yourself from the responses and the reactions and behavior of yourself to a narcissist. Get it if you are questioning, looking or wanting to break free. The book is also full of references to other publications for those who are interested in even more information.

This is an excellent tune

This is an excellent book about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. It covers a lot of ground and is helpful for those of us who have suffered at the hands of these evil monsters. The title seemed to me to be "revenge" seeking, but it is not. The book is focused on education of how the victim has been hooked and made to be trapped and how to heal once you get out. There are a number of typos and some of the content appears to be a cut and paste job from other writings. I hope the author will clean these issues up and that would help to make this book a tremendous reference worthy of strong professional use as well as for the victims.

I feel like this book was written about my yrs of being a victim of a narcissist. I was blind to it til I got away ans saw everything how it was and not how I thought it was at the time. It's sickening that there are really people out there that are like this.
