Als ihre Besitzer in den Urlaub fahren, müssen Moppi und Möhre ins Meerschweinchenhotel. Doch der Abschiedsschmerz währt nicht lange, denn das Leben hier ist herrlich: Es gibt Gurkeneis und Löwenzahnmilch mit Strohhalm, die Heubergbetten sind kuschlig weich und man kann per Rutsche gleich zum Knabberbuffet sausen. Doch als Schäfi in den Hotelpool fällt – ohne Schwimmflügel! –, wird es Moppi und Möhre fast ein bisschen zu aufregend.
