Blöd, wenn man den Freund in flagranti erwischt - noch blöder, wenn man die eigene Wohnung gekündigt hat, um mit ihm zusammenzuziehen. Und richtig mies wird's, wenn besagter Freund auch noch der Chef ist und man plötzlich ohne Wohnung und Job dasteht - dafür aber mit dem Hund der Nachbarin, obwohl man Hunde so gar nicht leiden kann!
Und als ob das nicht schon genug wäre, entpuppt sich der Nachmieter als selbstgefälliger und vollkommen unausstehlicher Blödmann. Als ausgerechnet er ihr jedoch immer wieder aus der Patsche hilft und einen interessanten Vorschlag macht, weiß Charlotte nicht mehr, wo ihr der Kopf steht.
