Block out the Negativity

This book was great. I just bought it today and just finished it. Balance disciplines of positive mental control with the ability to block out the negativity and not let the bad take over. I'm definitely going to read this book a few more times.

Researchful Knowledge

I really love the story line of the book and the practical lessons it offers. I would have loved to have had this knowledge when I was competing. I'm sure I will think about these things as I'm coaching in the future.
