Love the narration! Laurie voice is very soothing. Goes extremely well with the purpose of this experience.

Not in depth enough to be of any good for me.

I didn't find the book very helpful as it brill she's over things quickly and there wasn't enough information. I would have liked more understanding of what to do. Sorry
