I highly recommend this audiobook

Brilliant book with a lot of information

If you know anything at all about mindfulness you should start with "Wherever You Go..." I got so used to "for beginners" meaning more for intermediates, I just assumed this would be above absolute beginner level. I

Practical application of a path to peace

I especially enjoyed Chapter 9 the practical and beautifully simple explanation of our shift in perception into our Oneness, and how it is the Source of our safety.
