Great Read
An extremely comprehensive atlas of Mesoamericans. It is extremely technical and for my purposes, I would have enjoyed a more user-friendly publication. I found referencing different tribes somewhat difficult, especially minor ones.

Excellent
This book is packed with the myths and tales that exist even today throughout the native tribes of Meso-America. One can almost think of these as a kind of Meso-America’s Aesop’s Fables …… a lesson to be learned in each story.

Good Approach
This book is very interesting and wishes there was a lot more added. It gives very different cultures and stories as they were exposed to the Spanish conquest. It includes quite a few tribes over a wide geographical area.

Very Well Described
A wonderful study of myths! The stories of the creation of our native peoples are as beautiful, and as true, as the one told in the Bible. Hopefully, books like this one will reach out to many people so that they too read these beautiful tales.

Four Stars
A good, quick read that proposes listeners to several Central American Myths. I liked all of them and thought the fact that the return and anger of many Christian stories are just not present here.

Awesome
Explaining may myths in a single book is not an easy task because they are not from a single culture, there is no overarching context to bring everything together. However, each story is interesting in its own right.
