Now, let's put it this way: People might think you're a success. People might think that you're rich, powerful, and amazing. These are all external judgments. However, if you think that you are worthless and a pile of trash, no external validation is ever going to make your self-esteem issues go away. Self-esteem, after all, is inner valuation of your worth, and it fits a personal narrative about your value, your place in the world, your worth and your importance.

I loved this audio book.

A lot of great tips!

Really Recommend!
