General advices

The author mentions few interesting tricks for memory like NLP and some practical use of essential oils. He also mentions some superfood that can improve health/memory. He listed few exercises that are recognised to help improve memory but I wish he had included some in the book allowing you to train your memory on the spot and help having an active reading. It is overall a good book to remind you to have a healthy life style.
