I almond thought I would not be able to get through this tale but wow it was amazingly twisted ! Merc always has been a favourite character but I didn’t expect to hate and love him simultaneously. Brilliant

This book is a let the dinner burn because I just have to keep reading. I loved that the author kept you guessing about what was gong to happen next. As it says it is dark but I enjoyed it and could not put it down. Massive one click. Loved the narration.

I wasn't sure about this book. I have listened to the previous books in the series and really enjoyed them. I wasn't keen on the abuse dished out to the female character Sydney. Seems to reinforce position of abusers in a relationship. Once that was over the story got better. I stuck with it and continued to end of the book but didn't really like it. Wouldn't listen to it again and might return it. Narrators were great though.
