Recipes are easy to follow!

Recipes are easy to follow using affordable ingredients. My family has yet to be disappointed with a recipe. I got this book based on the reviews & it lives up to all the hype! I am a very beginner cook & the recipes in this book were sometimes unusual for me so I continued with faith by buying some products I don't usually use! Mediterranean Diet is great!

I was extremely surprised!

I was extremely surprised by the value of this book for the price! I was just expecting a book with a couple of weeks worth of meals but no.. it explains the what, why and how of the Mediterranean diet! There are a lot of recipes for every meal, including pizza and pasta! These are also all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of serving so it was perfect for me!

It is so cool !!!

Mediterranean Diet is the best cookbook for me as a busy person! I use this recipe book all the time for my loved ones – three to four nightly meals a week. Recipes are simple, tasty without any extra questions asked and easy to cook. There’s truly very little more you might want from a cookbook.

Unexpectedly good! I perused through this at Sur La Table and then decided to look it up on Amazon and check reviews. I really like the book! Good recipes, more creative than most and certainly functional. I would recommend!

A good book!

A good book! Thanks! It’s like a good book you can’t put down! I need structure in my life and this book does that! Or well for my eating habits at least! The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! But I love the break down! I highly recommend for someone who is just starting out this book will help you understand the whole process.

This book is great!

This book is great! The author gives a detailed description of the Mediterranean lifestyle, which includes more than just a dietary plan. Author includes visuals for portion control, a pyramid chart on what and when to eat certain foods, and a list of helpful kitchen tools to consider as one adopts the lifestyle. Healthy cookbook

I really like this cookbook.

I really like this cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and the ingredients are ingredients that we use in every day cooking. The recipes are good and very rarely do I find myself changing them. That's great and readable!

Does not require many unusual ingredients.

Recipe does not require many strange or unusual ingredients. This is the best for me. In addition, these ingredients can be found in almost any kitchen. What are the benefits. Designed for any type of diet - you can find recipes that are suitable for your macro. A good, well-organized recipe.

Mediterranean Diet .

Mediterranean Diet is my love! Its great to get a book that looks and feels good and inspires excitement about the recipes. Upon the first opening I knew my chickpeas would be forever different. A well laid out offering with lots of inspiring images inside. Nice one! Great!
