Great

I was raised meat and potatoes so finding a healthier diet I can prepare and like has been challenging. I will have to ease into it, but even a small change will help. Mediterranean Diet is a great book!

Mediterranean hapiness

I just recently received this book, and I've already made at least 8-10 recipes, and let me tell you - They are fantastic! My fiance has loved every single thing I've made thus far, and thoroughly approves. A lovely book to have! Thanks

Great cookbook with tons of recipes. I am vegetarian, and this book has a lot of great vegetarian recipes. There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The book is light weight, and the recipes are easy and delicious. Goood and nice!

My favorite cookbook

I LOVE this cookbook. I use it 4-5 times a week for dinner. All recipes do require planning and time to cook them. I can not wait for her next book in October! Fantastic

Important book

Sensible diet with easy recipes. Welcome plan free from measurements and far-fetched ingredients. It is a good read with lots of things for beginners. What I needed Excellent book with a lot of good information and recipes. Really like this for just staring out. Great Mediterranean Diet!

Awesome book

I just got this cooking book and all the recipes are amazing. I love the fact that it has the calories and all that on the side of every recipe wich can give you an idea of how much calories we are consuming. Even tho I haven't used the book yet I can't wait to star making this amazing and healthy recipes. Definitely a must on your book shelf. That's a really great book!

easy and helpful to cook

he best recipe book on the Mediterranean diet. cooking with this helper is fun. A wonderful selection of recipes in which everyone will find useful tips and a detailed description of cooking. Awesome cookbook!
