Important book

Sensible diet with easy recipes. Welcome plan free from measurements and far-fetched ingredients. It is a good read with lots of things for beginners. What I needed Excellent book with a lot of good information and recipes. Really like this for just staring out. Great Mediterranean Diet!

Very great book

Once you get the hang of his simple recipes it gets easier to add more to your diet and spice things up. It is very deceiving because it is a super thin book and I didn't use all of his recipes. I really like the biscotti recipe. That's amazing!

Great cookbook with tons of recipes. I am vegetarian, and this book has a lot of great vegetarian recipes. There are also a lot of seafood recipes and some meat ones too. The book is light weight, and the recipes are easy and delicious. Good and nice!

So beneficial for kids

I am an elementary school teacher and use guided imagery often to help spur creative writing ideas. These medications do not take long, but the act of allowing children time to dream, imagine and visualize is incredibly beneficial for kids. They do not get a lot of that in our busy media driven lives. Keep the books coming to Serena Baker!

Good book for beginners

The recipes are of food you have heard of and can get from a local grocery store. I wish it had more recipes! The diet consists of more European cuisine, including food from the entire food pyramid. Some important tips are provided. Author gives full stuff for making this book helpful. The meal plan and recipes are amazing.

Very nice cookbook

This is a great book for someone who knows nothing about this diet. It explains the diet, gives you a sample menu, and has some great recipes. I appreciated that it was laid out in a simple, straight forward manner and the Dummies style of non-fiction books already lends itself to lists, do's and dont's and helpful hints. Very good introduction to the Mediterranean Diet.

Creative cookbook!

Cool diet! The plan is easy to understand and use, the meals consisting of ingredients that are either on hand or easy to find anywhere. There is prep involved, but most of it is easily done within half an hour, not including cook times. I have a renewed interest in cooking now, feel great, and am losing weight. Most of all, there isn't one dish in two weeks that I haven't enjoyed--if an ingredient isn't what I like, I just pick another meal. This is a life-changing "how-to" book! Great!
