A ton of Valuable information gathered in here

This is a great book. It explains the pyramid of the Mediterranean diet and has very easy recipes to follow. It also gives substitutions which is great.

A good results! I like it

Amazing! Recipes offered in this cookbook call for all the foods we normally stock, and the only uncommon thing I did was looking for olives stuffed with lemon in our local supermarket.

It is exactly what it advertises except it is very limited in my experience only because I like to have options. The book essentially gives you an introduction to the diet and gives a specific meal-by-meal diet all throughout the week. The recipes are of the meals listed in the meal plan.
