Awesome tool for healthy eating !!

This is by far the best audio-book I've ever got!

The action plans are such a great tool to use along with the tips given on each recipe for each action plan. An easy way to not only follow the recommended meal plan, but also develop your own future meal plans. So happy I decided to get this audio-book.

Good price and quickly delivered I'm pleased!!

Best book ever

There is a nicely laid out menu plan to follow with delicious and simple recipes. I would recommend this audiobook to anyone wanting a meal plan and to lose weight. I've been on the diet for 2 months and am down 25 lbs and counting.

I love this audio-book!!

Great book!!

I am extremely glad to take in these formulas just by spending few bucks and unquestionably I will catch up this writer for getting more refresh for new cookbooks. Amazing! I liked a lot!

Such an amazing audiobook

The food is delicious and really for a family that stayed away from processed food, to begin with, this was an easy step to make. You will lose weight with this lifestyle, you will not be starving and will enjoy the food while doing it.
