Excellent!!

Easy to follow guide to healthy eating. One day hubby told me he was running out of ideas for meals. I expected it because he looks much like his mother and that was definitely not how I learned to cook or to eat.

The book was very helpful

The book was very helpful. It was short and to the point. This is a simple book to read and follow. All simple and delicious recipes that follow the Mediterranean Diet. I am excited to try them all. I do wish they would have discussed portion control or made a recommendation.

Useful guide

Just what I needed

I was extremely surprised by the value of this book for the price! I was just expecting a cookbook with a couple weeks worth of meals but no.. it explains the what, why and how of the Mediterranean diet! There are a lot of recipes for every meal, including pizza and pasta! These are also all perfect for people who like to meal prep. A lot of the recipes make quite a bit of servings so it was perfect for me! This is an awesome book especially for the value!!

Awesome book

I just got this cooking book and all the recipes are amazing. I love the fact that it has the calories and all that on the side of every recipe which can give you an idea of how much calories we are consuming. Even tho I haven't used the book yet I can't wait to star making this amazing and healthy recipes. Definitely a must on your book shelf. That's a really great book!

Everything is awesome

Sensible diet with easy recipes. Welcome plan free from measurements and far-fetched ingredients. It is a good listen with lots of things for beginners. What I needed excellent book with a lot of good information and recipes. Really like this for just staring out. Great Mediterranean Diet!

Great!!

I was raised meat and potatoes so finding a healthier diet I can prepare and like has been challenging. I will have to ease into it, but even a small change will help. Mediterranean Diet is a great book!
