Great for relief from anxiety!

Sometimes I get a little bit of anxiety feelings but don't want to take prescription drugs to control the sensations of a slightly elevated heart beat and just a general feeling of anxiety. These little guys work great 2 to 3 under my tongue usually does the trick but if not they're safe enough to take two or three more until those feelings subside. This product works well for me!

Filled with highly helpful information

I am half the way of this book and I enjoy it. It's filled with highly helpful information on how to cope with Anxiety. now I'll apply what I listening in this book to start having a more positive life.
