Very very impressive!

This is a great tool to have in my weight loss toolbox. It's both motivating and effective at getting you to take the right steps towards weight loss. Systems won't be effective if they can't get you to take action, and this has the right kind of mind hacks to get you motivated and off the couch. Awesome!!

This is absolutely the best one

“Diagnosed my problem”

This book just diagnosed my problem. The reason that I wasn’t able to get my body to workout was actually the mental state in which I linger between wanting to lose weight and actually doing the difficult things it takes to get there.

I especially loved

Good visuals and a nice mental trick for getting yourself to eat less consistently. No need to think it was actually done or that you actually went into surgery, just the idea of playing make believe and going along with it surprisingly helps a lot after imagining it.

Helped me to sleep quickly

I liked the after effects of this hypnosis, which for me was a decreased appetite. It lasted more than 4 days before I had to listen to it again. It's lasted longer since then, which has helped me slim down.

Nice book

I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but I've been pleased. I like how I felt after listening, motivated, not wanting to ruin my diet again. It's a great mindset for a weight loss journey.
