Irby just knows what's up. This feels like the confessions of a best friend you are coming to realise is just as insane as you. loved every bit, just wish I had a PDF of those recipes!!

I love Sam Irby

I'd already read Meaty twice and was so happy to discover Samantha Irby reads her audiobooks.
I love the way she makes fun of how gross and difficult our lives and bodies can be but without shying away from how garbage things can be too. When I read her books, and even more so listening to get read them, it feels like a friend is talking to me, but none of my friends are this funny (sorry pals).

Hated it. Irritating nasally narration.

Not my thing, nasally narration, not funny at all. Quite depressing. Removed from the library after less than an hour of listening.
