Diabetes is one of the world’s biggest killers, especially with statistics showing that having diabetes even predisposes the patients to the biggest killer of them all - the heart disease.

Being diagnosed may seem like you’ve just been handed a death sentence; you may feel as if death is just one stroke or heart attack away. However, the truth is that diabetes doesn’t have to feel like a hangman’s noose hanging over your neck all the time, ready to strike any second.

You can live a fairly normal life, even with diabetes; all you need to know is exactly how to deal with it. What’s more, there are chances that you could actually succeed at reversing diabetes to a point of being off diabetes medication!

You see, preventing or managing diabetes doesn’t have to be difficult. In fact, it’s easier than you think. Supper Book.

Just started listening but clearly is a book that needs to be put out to the general public. There are many misconceptions about the foods we eat and how it affects diabetes in the short and long run. This books explains complex biology and makes it easy to understand for the average listener. Would highly recommend.

Very Helpful Book

I preferred looking at it on YouTube as I struggled to deal with yawn factor, far too much info for my liking. Also would have preferred more recipes.

Best Audio Book .

I had the privilege of being coached by Cyrus years ago. I saw great results. I’m not a diabetic but I used his diet for an athletic performance increase, which I got. I’m so happy that he has a book to match his prowess.

Nice to Hear.

Most important book on health and diet since "How not to Die". Meticulous in detail, but written and laid out in a VERY approachable, understandable format. Science heavy but not overwhelming. This book will revolutionize the standard of care for all diabetics for decades to come. Thank you, Thank you for writing this!!!

Good Sound Quality.

This has changed my life! What a great asset to improve your quality of life. The world is changing. The ADA is sponsored by the people trying to prevent a cure. We have been deceived. Get on the right track. It is totally doable.

Best Ever.

It’s informative but no real plan to follow. It would of been great if a detailed plan of what to do for 30 days would of been great but they are pushing you to buy their coaching plan.

I also listen to their podcasts daily. I have learn a lot from these two. In the next couple of weeks, I'm hoping to get my A1C taken. I'm hoping it is down.

Good Quality Book.

I loved the info and studies. I am Type 1.5 diagnosed at age 64. The info on basal and bolus insulin calculations was absolutely critical for getting it right. I was having many lows even in the middle of the night. Scary! The recipes could have had more variety and a section committed to sauces would have been very helpful. I choke easily and need green light sauces to avoid that!

Best Audio Book .

I pre-ordered the book on Kindle and as soon as it arrived, I quickly dove into it. But since it's such a great resource, I also wanted a hard copy so I ordered it again! It's an excellent book with wonderful information. (Written by Susanelizabeth Turner, Type 1 Diabetic since 1976)

A Great Book.

An instruction manual for saving your limbs, eye sight, and your life. T2 non insulin dependent since 2007. My morning numbers have been creeping up and concerned that insulin might be in the near future for me. I bought this book and followed the green light foods for one day and my morning BS went down 10 points, two days another significant drop. This is the real deal. Just do it.
