Be the boss of your emotions!!

This bundle shows you how to be the boss of your emotions rather then letting them control you.
I liked that this was all stuff you can do yourself, you just have to put the work in. Helpful audiobook.
Not everyone has access to mental health professionals, so being able to help yourself is so appropriate.
It's important to think about why you're feeling a certain way and learn to master that.

A very useful skill to be able to master!

Emotions are highly complex and in this society you need the right skills to navigate certain social aspects. This audiobook will help guides you through that and help you to manage those emotions as well. Goes over something that I found very simple and very interesting.

This audiobook goes over some ways to check in on your emotions and feelings to be able to use them to your advantage or change them if you need to. It is a very useful skill to be able to master. Highly recommended.

understanding, managing, and master emotions

Excellent info on how to control one's emotions and to stop letting them control you. Obviously one should never repress emotions as that leads to more issues in and of itself. I saw a lot of myself in these chapters and this definitely helped me realize a lot of things and how to take steps to improve. I absolutely recommend this audiobook to everyone interested in understanding, managing, and master his/her emotions!

YOU are NOT your thoughts!

Gave clarity to my thoughts and feelings. Made me realize it’s okay to be mad sad depressed for a moment but don’t let that thought define you. It really makes you think about the importance of getting to know yourself better, and know that your are not alone, and you are not your thoughts.

helped me keep my emotions in check

So far I am very pleased with this audiobook. It is a easy follow and honestly it has helped me keep my emotions in check. Being able to write down my thoughts and feelings after each chapter has allowed me to let go the negative energies as well as understanding them. I highly recommend this audiobook. It is worth the price.

very straightforward and concise yet empowering

This audiobook is one of those that is very straightforward and concise yet empowering. You cannot avoid negative people and events around you but by understanding how your emotion work, I can reframe my mind and detach it from them. The way of reframing has positive impact on how you feel at a given moment and stay at the present moment. Great help and advise for a better you.

able to optimize my inner voice and thought.

I'm a bit skeptical of self help books, and while this necessarily give me all the answers I need, I liked how it gave concrete, action-focused tips to combat some aspects of negative emotions/thinking patterns. I think this audiobook would be helpful for anyone who wants to optimize their inner voice and thought. Great listen.

THE TITLE GRABBED ME!!

The title grabbed me because it was a subject on which I needed help. I also though that my resolutions wouldn’t be as simple as the title suggests. The audiobook helped me by laying out fairly simple solutions to common emotional problems. While the solutions take focused work, they are not complicated. I will re-listen to more parts of this audiobook when I need reminders.

great introduction to self awareness

This audiobook is a great introduction to self awareness. It provides practical exercises that a person can quickly refer to start improving their wellbeing. For those that have been in the self awareness journey for a while, all the recommendations will likely be a good reminder of the principal tools needed for developing better self control. And I believe that any truly self aware traveler could always use a tune up.

Positive Thinking

This audiobook has so much to learn from. Like how to control your emotions, rather they are negative or positive. But the one I especially liked is how to improve your social skills. If you're in management mastering your emotions can positively impact your relationships with your employees. Get this audiobook and become a better boss.

Empathy is the Key to Emotional Intelligence

A key way to reduce your negative emotions is to evaluate the situation that has led to the way you feel. Words are like missiles and impossible to stop once released. You can choose to speak to people politely even when they don’t rate you highly or speak less of you. They will remember your maturity when their sanity returns and will respect you for being noble when you have reasons not to be. Empathy is the key to emotional intelligence.

Humans are very emotional people..

Don’t always expect others to be as emotionally intelligent as yourself, always take the initiative. Also, learn to make excuses for other people. You need to also watch out for activities that tend to increase your stress level. Reduce these activities and you will be able to have fewer negative emotions that can cause you to make wrong decisions.

Humans are very emotional people. But we do not always know how to master what we are feeling, so half the time it comes out wrong and we dwell on it for years! This audiobook has some very useful information on how to control your emotions to become a better person. If you, like me, could use some tips, give it a try!

enlightens listeners about managing feelings

Master your Emotions enlightens listeners about managing feelings for the greatest outcome. It details very well the progression from awful feeling thoughts to less awful and to better feelings. I found this audiobook to be very empowering and I loved the narrator’s voice!

surprisingly good experience

The voice of the narrator is very soft & relaxing

The messages in the audiobook are profound and I have to agree that the importance of social and emotional skills cannot be underestimated. The audiobook contains a lot of information and it can certainly be enjoyed by the listener. The voice of the narrator is very soft and relaxing. It is worth to buy it.
