Jacob Compass is stuck in the human world, navigating a peaceful treaty so that supernaturals are not exposed. Willa Knight: Dweller? Bad-ass? Notorious pet to five magical beings? In Blesswood, there are rules, and someone is trying to teach her how to follow them. The only problem is Willa. Which shouldn’t be anything new, since she has been a problem since birth — something her pseudo-sister Emmy would agree on. So it definitely shouldn’t be new, but it is. Because things are starting to happen that have never happened before. Things are starting to get chaotic.

Willa Knight: Dead? Alive? Damned to a state of eternal bad luck? Willa and the Abcurse brothers are back, and more determined than ever to stick by each other. Unfortunately, Staviti has other plans, plans that threaten to change the natural order of the worlds—though nobody really understands why. His agenda may very well affect all beings on Minatsol, even those that thought themselves safe in Topia. Even Willa-invincible-Knight. Unsure with her new place in the worlds, Willa must follow the Abcurses to their new post: Champions Peak, a secluded mountain far from civilization, where the most powerful sols have been summoned to hone their abilities through direct contact with the gods. There is a chance that she might survive her time on the mountain, but it seems like staying alive amidst the powerful occupants of the Peak is the least of her concerns. Her real problem is staying on the mountain at all.

Publisher's Summary
Tyson Compass, as one of the famed Compass quads, is not a wizard used to living with regrets. Except for one: Grace Carter.
Grace is a healer witch he rejected many years ago. After completely disappearing from his life, she has returned and turned his world upside down. The attraction between them flares strongly, but she has not forgotten or forgiven his callous rebuff when they were teens.
Tyson does everything he can to prove he will never hurt her again, and just when he thinks there might be a chance for them, she has to leave again. She makes him promise not to follow her - a promise he honors for as long as he can. But after almost two months with no word, he’s done waiting. He’s going to find his girl.
With a little help from his brothers, he tracks her down, only to find Grace betrayed by her family...tortured...hurt. His rage knows no bounds. He will do everything he can to bring her family to justice, to find out why they turned on her.
By unlocking these secrets, though, he will discover that Grace is so much more than just a healer witch. She holds a secret that could save the world of Faerie. Or destroy it.
Magical Compass is a spin-off set within the Supernatural Prison world. It is full-length at 90,000 words, and is a stand-alone with HEA. You do not need to hear the Supernatural Prison trilogy first, but it will help your understanding of this world if you do.

The narration needs editing
So I normally love Jaymin Eve books. But this one was a little too same same for me. Plus the narrator kept calling Jacob, Jason. In chapter 9 the editing crew totally missed where she makes a mistake says she doesn’t like it pauses and starts over. Less than fabulous narration can ruin a book. Tyson compass was better than Grace but in no way the same league as the narration that was in Dragon marked. Which is unfortunate. I hope for Jacob and Louis’s story they chose a different narration team. Narration real makes or breaks a book for me personally and for this book it unfortunately broke it.

I can’t wait for the next book
I love the Compass quads pack. This story is full of adventure, in an incredible story. Who’d thought that Grace was such a bad ass. The narrator’s did a great job acting out the parts, the sex scene could have used a little more motivation... just sayin... also the editing team of this recording need to pay more attention to detail with the bloopers. Unless, that was left there on purpose. I had a good laugh though. I love 💕 Jaymin Eve’s stories, can’t wait for the next one.

Terrible narration
The book is alright-decent story line. Why the switch to gratuitous sex scenes? Is that really necessary? The narration is overdone. It was better in the first two books with a single narrator that didn’t overact.

I totally stalk this author on social media to see when her next book is released! Do not miss out on this series because you may have been swayed by negative reviews. These books are amazing!!! A bit of melodrama for Ty & Grace
Another multiple-worlds ending catastrophe arises and gets averted by the Compass brothers and their mates. Yeah, a bit of overload but still reasonably in keeping with the series. Rauch does an ok job of narration. Watt is an improvement over the previous male narrator, and has some real emotion in his voice.

This was my least favorite story and listen.
I didn't care for this 4th book in the series which was evident in how many time I've tried to start and continue to listen to this book. I've had it in my library for months now. I also considered skipping it to move on to the next but didn't want to miss anything about Louis. I really liked the first three and the fourth was good. I didn't enjoy the narrators in this book, I felt that they dragged on the story and didn't provide me with any emotional pull to capture me. I liked when the story line brought all of the prior characters together. I didn't care for the Grace character and the constant repetition of her thoughts.
