About this listen
Despite the exponential growth of the global fitness industry and the phenomenal advances of science and medicine, the quality of life and the state of general health and fitness in the 21st century are deteriorating year on year. With access to ever more, people all over the world have less of what matters: peace of mind, health, and fitness.
Made to Move offers an easy guide to developing a practical philosophy of accountability. Dr Col explains with simplicity and lyricism what has gone wrong with the modern diet, and the positive power of better food choices. He defines his Four Ms Model of Living Deliberately: Mindset, Meals, Movement, and Muscle, and outlines all the essential aspects required to live a better life.
