A great job, no doubt

I have experienced lucid dreams for some time now, and I found this book an excellent tool. Suitable both for those who are totally fasting and want to start, and for those who are already a lucid dreamer, but want to refine their knowledge. It is a must have.

Great

For those who already know and for those who want to start exploring the topics covered, a well-made book recommended for its simple but precise presentation that goes straight to the meaning of living dreams. Highly recommended.

Funny!

The book is well written and it is easy to "follow" it, to apply the techniques you need a lot of discipline .. Excellent to start understanding the concept of lucid dreaming.

Beautiful book

(Ebook format.) Many concepts about lucid dreaming have already come from other books and the same authors quote the sources, declaring that they themselves have not invented anything new, but for those who approach this topic for the first time, I think this is an excellent book from which to find out what lucid dreams are. How different cultures have approached them over the centuries, how science sees them and tries to understand their meaning and how we ourselves can try to venture into this dream world facing fearlessly even our most terrible nightmares. Writing is fluent, not at all boring. Tackle all that is known (at the moment) about lucid dreams gradually so as to put the reader at ease and giving the necessary indications as he continues reading. I think that in addition to the ebook format, I will also take this book in hard copy.

A good summary

I titled "a good summary" because that's exactly what I found in this book. Other reviews say that the book brings together notions and various arguments. However, it should be said in favor of the work which is an excellent and exhaustive summary of everything that is scattered around the net, thus avoiding the reader who approaches for the first time the topic of having to waste a lot of time searching for sites. Reading is smooth and captivating.

Very Interesting Book .

I average about 4 lucid dreams a year. But I’ve also gone a whole year without one, and yet, I’ve also had two within a month. In my lucid dreams I chose to fly and it is an amazing and wonderful experience, hence wanting to do it more regularly, and hence the market for a book like this to help people achieve this transcendent experience.

Highly Recommend .

Ever since I was a child I knew there was some hidden world in dreams. I possibly had lucid dreams when I was kid but never understood them. At age 27, I finally had a lucid dream and started finding out more and cam across this book. This book brought tears to my eyes because I believe in it all. I there is so much to learn about the world, universe, and the unconscious. I especially enjoyed the idea of the collective unconscious. I hope I can learn to harness the art o lucid dreaming for I believe I can set aside all my beliefs and soak in the awareness of the power behind the dream curtain... =)

Lovely Audio Book.

Very, very good book. Starts off simple, which I loved cause I knew absolutely nothing about lucid dreaming. Then gets deeper and deeper. I am someone who has a hard time sitting down and reading a book so I only got about halfway through it and ended up giving it to a friend, who loves it too. I just picked up another one for myself. I definitely recommend this book. A note I want to make to you all.. lucid dreaming is very difficult, don't get easily discouraged. You can find a lot of truth within yourself if you try.

Excellent Listen.

I was blown away by how much time Waggoner has invested in the investigation of lucid dreaming. It is not merely a hobby for him; it is a focal part of his life. He provides such a deep account of the many stages of lucid dreaming, and draws heavily from his hundreds of personal experiences with lucid dreaming. All I can say is that Waggoner has put a whole lot of time into this one. So much to absorb; this book is great in that you can re-read the book or certain sections and continue to get more out of it. Trust the reviews; this book is fantastic
