A ton of valuable information gathered in here.

Some sleep scientists believe that lucid dreams may also happen just outside of sleep, which many long thought was the only time when you dream.

Remarkable clear that anybody ought to acknowledge

Lucid dreaming may be kind of a “between state” where you aren’t fully awake but not quite asleep, either.

Lucid dreams are most common during rapid eye movement sleep, a period of very deep sleep marked by eye motion, faster breathing, and more brain activity.

This audible listened to with satisfactory.

This audio book is a journey to personal spirituality and awareness through lucid dreaming, not so much a lucid dreaming tutorial if that's what you're looking for. He listen it more like a series of lucid experiments.

This is a massive audio guide about this topics.

Since lucid dreaming techniques purposely interrupt sleep, getting enough sleep can be difficult. The risk is higher if you have a sleep disorder.

I fell more comfortable this audible knowledge.

Lucid dreaming could provide relief by reducing recurring nightmares. During a lucid dream, you’re able to realize that the nightmare isn’t real. It also lets you control the dream, which allows you to turn a nightmare into a more neutral or pleasant scenario.
