These molecules, more commonly known as fructose, lactose, fructans, polyols, sorbitol, mannityl, maltitol, xylitol, and so on, are present in products of vegetable origin and, in particular, in fruit, vegetables, cereals, and legumes.

The low FODMAP diet, therefore, by limiting the consumption of foods containing these substances, is able to guarantee a rapid improvement in symptoms.

Very helpful and informative

Good Material

Essential cookbook for FODMAP

Most of my friends responded to this book in my kitchen with, what the heck is a FODMAP. Luckily the book explains that so I didn't have to remember. The recipes are great.

A must have healthy way to eat!

I love this book

This Book is Incredible!!!!
