The opening to the book just puts you off, The over use of copyright. Calm down.. Dang... if this book was coming from love then u wouldn’t have to put so many restrictions on it. Just couldn’t get through the intro either. Just didn’t have a genuine feel to it. especially after the copyright at the beginning. Many other great books out there.

No value - not recommended
This book has a great title. The book is only a bullet list of items, no real analysis or research referenced. It’s not clear on how some items even are related to the topic. There is so little here that it would be better represented as a blog post.
