I love the world Cassandra Clare has created, the characters are like family, you laugh with them and cry, you're heart breaks when theirs does. No matter how many times I read them I still love every minute of it!

WOW!

This particular book has really taken me by storm. I absolutely loved it! To be honest, I never thought anything would live up to the infernal devices or the mortal instruments, but this book was quite possibly my favourite of the lot!

I have grown entirely to love the characters in this story and find myself fully invested in the plot. I am emotionally invested in Emma and Julian’s relationship and their journey to be together.

Finally, what a cliffhanger to end on… who saved Annabelle from certain death after what she did to the Blackthorns? How will Julian carry on after his loss and how will it affect him and his decisions? I absolutely cannot wait for the final book in the dark artifices and subsequently the last shadow hunter book!
