I love how Rendall manages to garner my sympathy for the antagonist. It then oscillates between the main character and the protagonist.

There was nothing that the narrator could to drag this boring, dialogue repetitive story out of the doldrums for me. So disappointing that I’m not going to hear the rest of it through at six hours to go.

if you have trouble sleeping this is a nice voice to listen to and the story is so boring you won't mind not knowing g what has happened while you slept.

definitely the worst book I ever listened to.
I kept thinking it must get better and while getting angry listening to it I made myself finish it just to be as disappointed about the end as I was the whole time listening to it .
if it was an option i would have given it zero stars
