Great story, I have listened to it a number of times now and it's great every time, the film is pretty good as well. But I have just found out that the sequel is being released in Jan 19. Hanging out to listen to that one.

Great read, a lot of similarities to the movie, but a little different in parts. Definitely worth a read (listen) as both the movie and book are different enough to enjoy separately - 9/10 😀👍

I loved this audiobook, it's a really good story, one I'll probably never get tired of. this audiobook enhanced my love for the movie rather than making me disappointed in the movie like most audiobooks tend to do.

Wow! Never thought I would say that! This novel is engaging, well narrated and has an interesting premise. Yet, still the protagonist is undeniably dense... This is with MDT or without he constantly procrastinates without seeming to recognise the dangers/issues that are right in front of his face! It is a frustrating book (without spoiling the end) and I am so greatful to of finished.

The end made me check the time of the audio book as I was gobsmacked that he had the audacity to finish it in this way. Suffice to say I will not be returning to the series or the author again...
