Ein halbes Leben später läuft Lev noch immer die Pfade ihrer Kindheit ab, während Kato schon vor Jahren in den Westen aufgebrochen ist. Geblieben sind Lev nur ihre gezeichneten Postkarten aus ganz Europa. Bis ihn eines Tages eine Karte aus Zürich erreicht, darauf nur ein einziger Satz: "Wann kommst du?"
