Gain a life
This book was exactly what I needed to read. Even though I wasn’t married to my cheater it was still relevant. I laughed and cried with the narrator. It was everything I needed to hear. It reminded me that I get to choose how this chapter of my life defines me and how it will be written. It’s a must read for anyone that was cheated on.

A must read even if you decide to reconcile
Even if you ultimately decide to stay in the marriage, there is a lot to learn from this. There is heaps of practical advice about how not to get fucked over again.

Exactly what I needed
This book helped prepare me for a confrontation with my cheater. I took mental note of several statements and quips throughout the book, and using them gave me the confidence to confront and the fortitude to stay strong to my decision not to reconcile.
I'm able to play back conversations in my mind, analyse them and understand exactly what is going on in the cheater's playbook.
I may have been the chump, but I am better for it and will never let that man walk all over me again

A powerful book which has saved many lives!
With the tools, insight and encouragement contained in this book, a chump can rid themselves of the cheater and start to gain life free from the abuse. It is a refreshing voice which confronts the ingrained narrative surrounding cheating. Chumps can go from the devastating realisation that they're trauma bonded to their cheater, to the empowering position of leaving, knowing their worth and finding peace in a new life without the manipulation.

The only affair recovery book you need
This book will help you find your power in what feels like a powerless situation.
Written with humour and compassion providing you with much needed guidance on how to heal and get your agency back after having your heart broken. I am so grateful for this book, I have listened to it 3 times!

Get over it!!!
If you need that push back into reality then this book is a must. The writer's focus is on self help and not self pity. I keep coming back to this on my not so good days and it puts me back on track again. Totally recommend to help "get over it" .

Healing and a good punch in the face
After being with my fiance for 10 years, I could feel the love sadly slipping away. We met at a young age and are still young, I truly loved her and maybe do still- but after this book I can see the other side. Honestly, this Is a must for survivors of infidelity - everyone is an individual and will heal in whatever way suits them, but the advice in this book is so "to the point" that it really is gut wrenchingly beautiful, like my title says: a good punch in the face.
The Author is sassy and unforgiving and the reader reflects that in her tone, truly a calming but ferocious voice. Please listen to this, it will guide you, it will empower you and it will make you feel not so alone.
