Thre is so much wisdom in this book

Paradigm shifts with which to view people and the world. Illustrating dynamics that are constantly manifesting. Inviting you to witness how they developed in you. Weaving together vast, pragmatic evidence-based steps, that make you look forward to action. Also, surprisingly humorous.

I found myself wishing I had discovered this book years ago. However, perhaps it speaks to the journey taken to get here. The experience it takes to see.

Outstanding

I have listened to this book twice. Such 'uncommon' common sense as the author points out. This is a must have for both every day conflict resolution to world wide peace efforts. The examples given by the author are profound, pertinent, and life changing.

The power of positive no

This as a very helpful and insightful teaching on how to say NO without malice or defeat. A win -win approach to saying no may just be the power of a win -win negotiation or answer for the nayer and the sayer.

This book is really awesome

In addition to the practical methods of saying positive no, there is interesting theoretical information that expanded my knowledge of human behavior.
