About this listen

About eight years ago, we decided to reduce the miles on the road and start selling on the internet.

When I first joined Twitter, I felt like I was spinning my wheels. I didn’t know how to connect with landlords. I started following the social media marketing profiles with "100k" followers. That was definitely not the right path to get to the real estate investors and landlords. The tweets were coming in strong, but the messages I received from marketers were automated and definitely spam.

On a rainy Sunday, I went through my account and unfollowed all the social media marketing profiles. Through this procedure, I developed a cleaning-up-my-account routine.

I conducted an all-out search for all real-estate-minded Twitter profiles and started following plumbers, appraisers, landlords, real estate investors, painters, and real estate agents. Their real-estate-focused tweets gave me valuable information to share with my followers. I would then click on the links to articles and blogs to learn more about real estate.

With this audiobook, learn from my experience. You'll be a Twitter expert in no time!
