get the longer version of this book it is better

no exact science just tells you basic ways to improve your learning like reading and making connections

Loved it!

I listened to it in one sitting. Nicely read, easy to understand and with great summary “Take-aways” at the end of each chapter. This is not a quick fix book, but an insight into growth mindsets and being the best you can be.
