This book seemed way less than 10hrs
very easy to listen to and relate to. Many sections should be listened to daily or before business/client meeting or any leadership decisions. Had to order the hard copy too 👍🏻

Jocko delivers. This is a solid audiobook.

There are a lot of leadership books out there that deal with principles and philosophies. These are good, BUT this book gives you practical advice and examples on how to apply leadership principles. That’s why for me it should be a must read part of the canon of books any leader should read. Actually, not just leaders but indeed anyone who is in a team as Jocko makes it clear we all must lead from where we stand in seeking to collectively accomplish a mission. If I were to sum up the guiding axiom of Jocko’s teaching it is this; be humble.
