Great advice for any industry!

This book provided fantastic insight into the leadership philosophy and culture at Southwest Airlines. The message is pertinent no matter your industry or the number of people you lead. Regardless of where you fall in an organizational hierarchy, we all have a sphere of influence and can apply these principles. The fact you can hear the former President of Southwest Airlines, Colleen Barrett’s own words makes this even more special!

insightful near robotic performance

while the content is insightful and definitely relevant for anyone interested in leadership, the performance was tad robotic in capturing the dialogue through which the book unfolds it's content. with intermittent "stop and think" interjections that I found disruptive. Otherwise another great window to the inner workings of a brilliant institution such as southwest
