Practical soul food
I found this a practical source of ways to know God and work this out in my lived experience. There are so many suggestions for my life journey with God that I have ordered a paper copy to enable me to reflect and gain more from the wealth of reflections and suggestions in this book. I found it refreshing that Margaret Silf does not spiritualise with lofty unachievable comments and suggestions. Rather she facilitates God meeting us right where we are in everyday experience. I am pleased to recommend this book.

Titled "Inner Compass" in the U.S. edition
Where does Landmarks rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
This book offers a beautiful and comprehensive overview of Ignatian spirituality. It's well-written and accessible.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Landmarks?
The opening illustration sets the tone in that this book offers a "spoon" into a very important subject.
What about Yaz Shah’s performance did you like?
I'm curious to know if some of the oddly pronounced words are standard in the U.K. or if the reader was sight reading the text. I assume "G-suits" are the same as "Jez-uits" here in the U.S. Also it took me a few seconds to recognize "E-LEE-sha" as "Eli-sha" in the Old Testament stories.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
This book needs to be savored. To listen in one sitting would not do it justice.
Any additional comments?
Listeners in the U.S. should know that this book has been published with a new title here in the states. It's called "Inner Compass."

Great content, patchy narration
This is a wonderful exploration of very valuable practices. It's just a shame that the narrator has no idea how to pronounce words like Jesuit ("gee-soots")...
