Publisher's Summary

Lovely light reading (or rather listening)

It can easily be listened in an afternoon. It’s a lovely, funny story with some interesting points made about the nature and power of literature, how it makes us humans, as well as the relationship between powerful people and the rest of us.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Audible Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
