En las montañas vive una abuelita muy aventurera con muchas ganas de viajar. Pero como no tiene dinero, se construye un globo enorme. Cuando va a comenzar su viaje, distintos animales deciden unirse a su aventura. Ella los admite con la condición de que se porten como Dios manda. Al poco tiempo de empezar el viaje, los anim ales olvidan su promesa y organizan un alboroto tremendo. El globo tiene que descender, porque tiene muchas cuerdas rotas. A los pocos días, ya pueden reanudar el viaje, pues entre todos los animales, ante la amenaza de la abuela de venderlos, construyen otro globo más grande que el anterior.
