ＬＧＢＴとは、レズビアン、ゲイ、バイセクシュアル、トランスジェンダーから、それぞれの頭文字を取った性的マイノリティを指す総称だ。性の「多様性」を表現するのに６色レインボーをシンボルにする彼らの存在を、日本でどれだけの人が知っているだろうか。
英国人では６％、日本では約４％がLGBTと言われている。約３０人に１人と考えると、決して少ない数字ではない。実は日本でも、公務員や弁護士、有名企業などに勤める人の中に多くいるのだ。そのLGBT市場は６兆６０００億円。意識している人は少ないが、最後に残された巨大市場といえる。
