Miodrag Javec ist zu Fuß unterwegs, er biegt von der Linzer Straße in die Hüttelbergstraße ein. Auf dem linierten Zettel, den der 34-jährige Jugoslawe bei der Adressenvermittlung bekommen hat, steht Hüttelbergstraße 25. Dort soll es im ersten Stock eine freie Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung geben; mit einer Miete von etwa 2.000 Schilling. Javec wundert sich von Haus zu Haus mehr, dass es hier eine günstige Wohnung geben soll. Er sieht nur Einfamilienhäuser und Villen.
