Motiv und Hergang der Tat geben der Polizei Rätsel auf. Nicolas Hollmann hat sich seinen Urlaub in Franken eigentlich anders vorgestellt. Mit seiner Familie auf Verwandtenbesuch in Würzburg wollte er, Besitzer eines Weinguts am Rio Douro, während der Ferien mehr über Weißwein und dessen Anbau erfahren. Doch nun wird er von verschiedenen Seiten bedrängt, bei seinen Winzerbesuchen Hintergründe des Falls zu recherchieren. Und tatsächlich stößt er auf alte Feindschaften...
