Story
'Time poor' is the catch-cry of our era, and yet end-of-life retirement means we have an average of two decades of feeling time rich to look forward to...when we're old. How arse-about is that? But there is an alternative to working your butt off for decades and retiring when you're worn out: it's called financial independence, and it means being able to cover life's essentials and afford the luxuries you want without having to turn up to a job each day.

Great Financial Insights
Very informative financial success tips which are easy to understand and apply. I was skeptical at first but David’s book actually ended up exceeded my expectations.
There was a wealth of new information about managing money that most other financial books fail to include, this isn’t just a book for business people but a book for everyday individuals like me and you who want to improve their financial position.
It’s not a get rich quick book, it’s a guide that looks at all aspects of your finances, make better financial decisions, how to save, find ways to make extra money and become financially independent over the long term.

not for me
4th chapter was addressing people with debt problems, chapter 5 discussing group sharing of buying in bulk (groceries I think as I was starting to lose interest by this point and this is where I stopped).
I think this book is designed for people at a very basic level of trying to improve finances. I'm at a higher level than that and not in any debt wanting to find or how to take myself to the next level.
Very well narrated though.
