It's okay.

Honestly, barefoot investor kills this book. worth listening to just to get a few fresh ideas but certainly didn't have the pow factor that Scott pape delivered.

Relative to aussies

Real, practical tips for small savings in a variety of areas that quickly add up to larger savings. Great to have an Australian point of view as you can relate more than the 99.9% American books out there.

Kochie’s done it again!

Loved his advice on sunrise and website articles.

Love his no nonsense approach to finance, he explains it in layman’s terms so it’s not overwhelming.

He’s Australia’s own Dave Ramsey of finance.

Great Financial Insights

Very informative financial success tips which are easy to understand and apply. I was skeptical at first but David’s book actually ended up exceeded my expectations.

There was a wealth of new information about managing money that most other financial books fail to include, this isn’t just a book for business people but a book for everyday individuals like me and you who want to improve their financial position.

It’s not a get rich quick book, it’s a guide that looks at all aspects of your finances, make better financial decisions, how to save, find ways to make extra money and become financially independent over the long term.

not for me

4th chapter was addressing people with debt problems, chapter 5 discussing group sharing of buying in bulk (groceries I think as I was starting to lose interest by this point and this is where I stopped).
I think this book is designed for people at a very basic level of trying to improve finances. I'm at a higher level than that and not in any debt wanting to find or how to take myself to the next level.

Very well narrated though.
