Publisher's Summary

Cruel. Heartless. Quarantined. The ruthless boys of Everlake Prep never saw lockdown coming. But the virus isn’t their number one enemy. I am.

And as if being confined to a boarding school for the elite wasn’t bad enough, now I’m stuck in isolation with the boys who hate me most too.

Saint, Kyan, and Blake. The Night Keepers. Or so they call themselves. They’ve embodied the Native American legend which lives in this valley, taking on the role of the monsters who lurk in the forest. And though they act like beasts, they may also be the most tempting creatures I’ve ever seen.

With the virus escalating and my dad’s name splashed through the news, my entire world is falling apart. What he did has cast a dark shadow over me. And the Night Keepers want to make me pay for his crimes.

Then things went from bad to worse when I touched the sacred rock. A rock which supposedly holds a curse to bind me as the Night Keepers’ slave. And as crazy as it sounds, I decided to play along. Because there are things about me they don’t know. Things my dad has hidden from me for years. All I can be sure of is that I have to find a way to escape this school. But until then, those savage boys are making my life a living hell.

As the virus sweeps through the country and the world twists into something ugly and unknown, the kings of this school become true monarchs. Even the teachers bow to them now. And I’m kinda glad about that ‘stay six feet away from one another’ rule, because without it, I know they’d rip me apart.

At least there’s a silver lining. I’m cosying up to Coach Monroe. My hot as hell, brooding P.E. teacher who has a vendetta of his own against the Night Keepers. And with his help, I may succeed at doing more than escaping the clutches of these heartless fiends. I might even destroy them along the way.

My father taught me how to be strong. How to prepare for the end of the world. So this isn’t going to be the end of my world, mark my words. But if I’m able to use my mind and body to bring these assholes to their knees, it might just be the end of theirs.

This is a high school bully reverse harem series which means the main character will end up with multiple love interests. It may have triggers for some as it has off the charts angst, dark love-hate themes, scenes of intense bullying, sexual scenes, and some violence (not aimed towards the main character) and is not for the faint of heart. Prepare to enrol at Everlake Prep. Bring your hand sanitiser, face masks and toilet paper to barter with, but don’t expect to hold onto them for long."

dark and intense

wow what a story this was to listen to. If you have any triggers then this is not for you.
It's one of rich young men, bullies if you may... they have a darkness to them, they rule the student body. But when Tatum comes in they all want a bit of her and when word gets out that its Tatum's father who let the virus out then their cruelty knows no bounds.

while I enjoyed this story at times I found listening to their cruelty a bit harsh. But in saying that I would definately read the next in this book to see what happens next. its addictive

Amazing!✨✨✨

I loved this book! Tatum is a strong girl that’s refused to be broken. She never broke down even when the guys did the worst! I didn’t like the idea of a quarantine book but this has most definitely changed my mind!

It had me at the very 1st chapter and I couldn't put it down. The narrators did an amazing job. I like how fierce she was and she didn't take anybody shit. I love strong MC's. I'm looking forward to the next book of this in audible.

Great book and balance of drama and sexy romance

This book was so good that I could not stop listening to it. It's dark but no rape and no cheating. The crazy is mutual and sooo hot! The girl is a bad ass! The alphas are dark and totally obsessed with their more than capable girl!! This series ruined all other books for me. I keep reading and listening to book but I can't find any characters that measure up to Tatum and her beautifully damaged demons. Tatum owned her sexuality from the very beginning. They tried to break her and humiliate her in the beginning but they never could because she knew how hot she was and she owned it. Tatum submitted to Saint but it was always on her terms because she wanted it and she longed for Saints punishments they were never humiliating or demeaning. I dont like when a main character actually gets humiliated... I like that Tatum was never angsty and whiney. She had no pages of poor me inner dialog. It was all about her bringing these sexy demons to their knees to worship her.

Mediocre

The story was alright. Some of the characters are just corny, like Saint. There are mediocre male and female narrators and because there was more than one, they should have voiced the appropriate characters. Instead they swapped chapters so you have to endure really bad attempts at imitating Tate's voice and visa versa. This story could not survive a bad narration.

I love this series!!

The story, unbelievable. Amazing characters, story line. Well written, according to bully dramas.

The female narration was amazing, and believable (for a teenage girl). The male narration, much more challenging, had some dialects off. Sounded too forced. Nothing that would prevent me from listening to the entire 16+ hours again. Lol

Perfect!

I already loved Kings of Quarantine from reading it but Bridget and Jake Bordeaux brought some of my favorite characters to life perfectly!!! Caroline and Susanne wrote this book with such depth and emotion that you could hear and feel in this audiobook. I cannot wait to dive right into listening to Kings of Lockdown.

Too ridiculous...

Oh man this one was rough. I really struggled with the whole Stockholm syndrome aspect of this book. I guess if you are into a story about a girl that is mentally abused and constantly threatened, falling for multiple dudes that are WAY too into themselves then... I guess this is the book for you.

The knights sold the book

This book was crazy and light hearted take on the current events on the world with a dark sinister twist. Think Lord of the Flies meets Pandemic and you get the Kings of Everlake Prep . Told from the perspective of all characters we follow the journey of Tatum the new girl, the girl who father's name is on everyone lips for the wrong reason. As a result Tatum quickly finds herself in a world that she wants to escape but she melds herself with the ways of the school and finds herself becoming a person that you don't want to mess with

It's a world that is existing on survival and power and this book is brutal at revealing the dark and the secrets that make the school what it is . Saint, Kyan , Blake and Monroe were brought to life with the narrator, they each had their quirks but you can tell there a hunger for power in each of them that shines through out the novel. They all wield it differently but it helped them when it came push verse to shove.
I had to stop the audio at certain moments and take a breathe as it was intense with moments that makes this book for what it is. Definitely want to listen to the of the series on audio as this audio made think it only one way to experience this series.

I’m so torn on how I feel, but it’s goooood!

On the surface this is a prep school for the ridiculous rich. There are three a$$bags that do things that would never fly in real life but it’s a book right so.... In comes the girl, normal rich, down to earth, owns her mind, body, self. Also, there is a very young, hot, relatively new teacher with an axe to grind against the a$$bags. Somewhat normal “for college” shenanigans ensue. Then the girls dad is blamed for a pandemic, this pandemic has a 60% death rate within one week and is viscous. This makes her life at new school awful! She pledges herself to the three a$$bags for reasons you have to read cause I hate giving away plot spoilers. There is a very creepy two-day lockdown with the teacher that has me borderline ready to call the cops. Then the end of the book happens and I HAVE to have book 2. The book is well written and I’m loving the slow build of all the characters back stories. The characters are also growing already, which I love.

Here’s my two problems, as someone who loves paranormal books when I read “normal” books they have to be somewhat plausible, I get that it’s fiction but I wrote plausible. The way these kids act in high school is not plausible at all. Nest, as an adult, I know high school kids are having sex but is it appropriate for this to be a series for adults? I kept trying to trick myself into trading their high school for a really small college. Because 18 at HS and 18 at college are two different things. This is why I’m torn.

A dark high school bully reverse harem like no other!

After reading Kings of Quarantine, listening to it gives the story a different dimension.

This story is for anyone that likes damaged characters, violence, sexual tension and loss.

If you’ve already read Kings of Quarantine or have yet to, definitely make the time to listen to it.

It so worth the hype❤️👌

OMG! What a ride I have just been on. This book excited me and made me a bundle of nerves at the same time and it’s been so long since a book has made me feel this way! I loved all the characters even the alpha a-holes, and the h (Tatum) was a total badass who wouldn’t take their crap lying down which I absolutely love in a harem. There was some serious lol moments thrown in there as well with Tatum’s great sense of humour. The teacher/student element was a major plus with coach Monroe and made my little taboo heart sing with anticipation for what’s to come next in this fantastic reverse harem

What an incredible series

With all the darkness surrounding the pandemic- silver lining is that it inspired this amazing story.

Firstly our super badass female Tatham - serious girl crush, the guys are drool worthy to be sure but I would pick her over them every time. She is everything you could want, no sad back story with her needing to prove herself and she just needs to be loved, nope. She is confident and just awesome. The guys are dark and twisted each in their own way and Tatham walks all over them. Cannot wait for the second instalment 💕

Fantastic

This audio book was fantastic. I loved the book, and listening to it back just added to the excitement I felt when reading it. The characters are fantastic, the storyline is brilliant and the ending leaves you hanging for more. I absolutely love Nash Monroe. He's my favourite. He just gets better and better as the plot progresses. Saint is painfully mean in this book, while Blakes behaviour you can kind of understand. Kyan is the best out the three. Overall, this story is amazing and I would definitely recommend reading the book or listening to this audio book.
