Not useful for small companies

I can't figure out you would find this book useful. It is of no use to a company of less then a few hundred employees and larger companies probably already have this figured out. The use of acronyms drove me crazy.

Good material.

I am fascinated by performance measurement. I like David Parmenter's work, but the narration is a snoozer.

Good book spoiled

Not for the first time as missing supporting documents on audible spoiled what would be a good audio book.
