If you are new to KETO then purchase

Thanks for the Author for this guide. This book has the science behind it and the most understanding of the way the Keto Diet works. If you're looking into doing KETO, this is the book you need to buy! Awesome!

A definite Keto must have

I started out with recipes from watching her YouTube videos and then decided to buy her book. I just thought it was going to be recipes and nothing more. Boy was I wrong. It not only has great recipes but tons of information to help guide you through your journey to becoming a healthier you. It answers so many questions you'll have and if you try one path of keto and decide that's not for you then she has others to try instead. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you buy this book. Also join her Facebook group and listen to her podcast. She has great guests in there and really just breaks everything down so it isn't so overwhelming.

Busy moms can make time for keto

So I’ve been doing keto for about a year now. I’ve got a couple of recipe books some meal plans and Pinterest that I’ve been using to support my diet. I’ve read the science part of the book, but I haven’t used the recipe portion until recently. I don’t know why I waited so long. The meals are delicious and easy. I love that she gives crockpot and pressure cooker options on some recipes. She also had some great one pot meals. As a mom of three, those have been life savers. Also, I love that these recipes aren’t laden with dairy. I don’t have a dairy sensitivity, but sometimes I feel like some recipes are cheese on cheese on cream. Anyway, I love this book and I just have to share.

This the cream of the crop

This is by far the best book on keto living. It contains A LOT of information, the graphics are very well done, and it acknowledges what so few keto programs do--that every body is different and that yes, keto can be adjusted for the individual. The goal of Leanne's keto program is more centered around on healing the body and finding what works for your lifestyle, which I find refreshing and exactly what I was looking for.

I really enjoy this book

I really enjoy this book. There's so much information, some I knew and a lot of new info. I've tried several recipes already and enjoyed them all immensely. I love that there are several "paths" to choose from, a quiz, and info on choosing the correct path. I think it i organized very well and he has thought of every obstacle and addressed it- including quick "throw together"meals, on the go snacks, meals that freeze and travel well for work, and testing (or not) if you are fat adapted. I am excited to see the changes in my health!

Lots of wonderful info to sort through

Lots of wonderful info to sort through. Working my way through it slowly. Looks very helpful so far. More info than another beginner's book I purchased. Recipes look so good, too! So many paths to help choose the right one for lifestyle and goals and sample meal and shopping plans...I also spot explainations on issues than can occur with keto, travelling and shopping guides as well. Looking forward to getting help from this book in making this huge lifestyle change!

I absolutely love this book

I absolutely love this book!!! So easy to understand and follow along. Takes you through the whole process of learning how to do the ketogenic diet in great detail. It even have recipes, set up weekly, with shopping lists. It can't get much easier than this. When I first started on this diet, I could hardly process my thinking. I was having seizures daily and tics all day long from my MS. After 3 weeks of the diet, my mind was much clearer, migraines gone, and my daily seizures stopped. Now, I only get them when I'm stressed or really tired. It's been a huge turnaround. I'm not a big meat eater, especially pork and beef, but this book explains enough that I feel I can substitute some of the meat for other proteins. I recommend this book to others, and have also done so for my friends. They love it, too!!!

Best Keto Book I’ve Seen

I’ve spent a while trying to really grasp the concepts of Keto. More importantly the concept of macros and how they play into Keto. This book is hands down the most well written and well organized material I have read, period. Everything in the book, especially the recipes have references to where they can be found in the book, thought out meal plans, and step by step instructions to create them. Every recipe has the nutritional information on the page so if you are tracking macros, just plug in the numbers. I have recommended this book to several people!

A great buy!

I’m a holistic health Coach and for myself started the keto and was amazed on my energy levels, rapid weight loss & overall health being that I have hypothyroidism this was a way of eating that actually helped me in many areas. Now I guide clients to buy the book and I guide through the and help make adjustments if needed but this book is made perfectly to follow on your own. Now I’m heading to add her podcast on my list, great book 📖 and blessed to have found it!

The book is absolute heat.

The book is absolute heat. Beyond the keto, everything I have cooked from this book has been pure fire flame except maybe the baked olive chicken. I’ll admit this book is full of things that are not always relevant to me. Still, though, I love how thorough it is and how much you can recognize the author cared about my taste buds. I wish I could thank her and her husband personally for the absolute heat that was published on these pages.

I adore this book!!!

I adore this book!!! A friend of mine recommended this book to me and at first, I balked at the price on this one but after receiving it, it's worth every penny! It has so much information, great recipes and a breakdown of macros on each recipe. I'm impressed.

Great guide for women.

Flexible meal plans. Great guide for women in search of a keto that will work for them. Book has lots of options that are helpful and easy to prepare. Glad I took the time to listen to this book since other Keto specialists don’t talk about how ladies can do Keto right for their bodies.

The book has great content.

The book has great content, some amazing recipes. I love this book, it helped my wife get on board with keto. I had her listen apart and that was what did it for her. This is not just a recipe book. Leanne explains so much in the front of the book it's an awesome resource, that happens to have amazing recipes in the back.
