Excellent advice and information.

Very disappointed

The narrator sounds like a drama queen, so the manner in which the book is read is quite distracting. As for the book content, i was hoping to learn more about the Keto diet and less about all other areas of my life that the author would like to control. His interest in new age spiritualism and eagerness to push the reader into his belief system is a big turnoff to me. I could not make it all the way through the book; stopped about midpoint.

Can't wait to reset

Mark Sissons and Brad Kearns books are fantastic! Lots of great information and they always site their sources and science. Brad Kearns is also funny and makes you laugh along the way why imparting great knowledge about taking care of yourself and your body!
