Perfect audiobook.

This book gives me extensively a more noteworthy measure of the science that I need to get some answers concerning and he makes everything reasonable to apply and choose decisions on. He asks you to choose your very own decisions and empowers you to make sharp ones for your body. I was fulfilled to find that basically a huge part of the book was quick and dirty keto content and the other half was plans. I eat meat and my lover doesn't and isn't keto. The plans in this book are a perfect strategy to prepare suppers we both can appreciate. I wish there were more photos, anyway so far everything has been bewildering, so I'm not frightful about endeavoring any of them. Thankful to you De. Will Cole for all that you do!

I couldn’t be more disappointed and angry, this book is suggesting none vegetarian proteins sources. Misleading title!!!! Please don’t waste your money on this book if you are vegetarian!!!!!!!

Amazing book

What a great tool this is to be able to find a way to do a ketogenic diet that is plant-based! I love the book and I actually bought two copies one for my office and one for my home. I’m asked all the time how to do a diet this ketogenic and not full of animal proteins and I just show them this book and tell them to buy it.

I purchased this book as I have been intrigued by the Keto diet, but wasn't comfortable with the large amounts of meat and dairy eaten on a normal Keto diet. I was vegan for almost ten years, but recently started eating fish and shellfish again. Antony Jason Willfour does an excellent job of explaining the science behind a Keto diet and all of the benefits of a Ketotarian diet.

I loved this book. I flew through it! Antony Jason Willfour explained the science behind keto in such a way that made sense to me. I like how he set up the chapters; devoting a chapter each to pros/cons of the average keto diet and pros/cons of a plant-based diet.

I have been searching for a way of eating that addresses inflammation and after reading this book I am beyond excited to get started. The program is simple and makes a lot of sense. I am already a gluten and dairy free pescatarian and needed a plan that wasn’t vegan.

wow it's great

I was turned on to this book by listening to Antony Jason Willfour Cole on the Mind Body Green podcast. I love the emphasis on veggies and the combination of info and recipes. This way of eating more closely aligns with my food values vs a diet filled with meat and cheese.

helpful and informative book

I heard about this book on the Mind, Body, Green podcast and was interested because many of my friends are on the Keto diet and have seen success. I was a bit skeptical of Keto because of its heavy emphasis on fat and protein. Having some digestive complications when it comes to eating a ton of red meats and rich foods, I was interested in focusing more on fish and vegetables in my diet.
