Informative and quick audio book on keto diet

This was a quick and informative book that helped answer questions I didn’t even no I had. My dr recommended doing this for me out of an emergency medical need and research online was just confusing. I was able to skim over parts that weren’t so relevant to me and read this in about an hour with interruptions of laundry and people talking to me.

This audio book is great, very informative

This book is great, very informative! I knew the basic concept of keto because I've been doing it since January...but this gives you the history, breaks down exactly how beneficial it is for mind and body. For doing keto for 4 months now, I still learned so much! Just can't wait to try some of the recipes now

The information was solid in this audio book

But the recipes were extremely repetitive. I was hoping to find a 4 week start up menu to help guide me but this has basically 5 meals that you at in repetition. I don't imagine eating the same thing over and over will motivate anyone to stay on the diet till you get the full effects.

An awesome guide to Ketogenic Diet in audio book

This book provides an awesome guide to the Ketogenic Diet and is geared towards beginners. The information is laid out logically and is easy to understand. There is even a 28 day meal plan to follow. If you are a total beginner and are interested in this diet try this book it takes you through the process step by step.

Great information to get started on the Keto diet

I really enjoyed listening this book. I have done Atkins low carb and the paleo diet, so I was interested in finding out the difference. The author does a great job of explaining the physiology behind ketosis and the why it works. I loved that recipes were included, along with a 28-day plan. Great information!

Easy to follow and understand of this audio book

This book is a great way to help you get a starting point if you are looking to start the Keto lifestyle. You are given a step by step of what you need to do. From some basic meal plans to ideas for workout plans as well. It's kind of like the cliff notes. So in other words it's food proof. Very happy with this purchase.

Great Audio Book for Keto Beginners.

Very informative and helpful. Provided meal plans to help me get started. I liked the fact that it spelled out the various stages of adjustment and what to expect, as well as how the high fat content will effect the body. I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously looking into alternative eating habits for weight loss. I have seen the results and want to give it a try.

How many pound I’ve lost due to the Ketogenic diet

This book gives the listener a quick and ready plan to get into ketosis and stay on the plan long term. It provides a path to weight loss and contains an essential section on how to modify the diet to help with the treatment of various illnesses that are often co morbid with obesity.

This book covers the basic of what the diet is and benefits. How to get started is helpful but a lot of the information is repeated throughout the book. Very few recipes and a 7-day menu plan lists items that are not included in the recipes.

Easy to follow. Yummy recipes in this audiobook

I am now to Keto. I have tried other books but they jumped into dietitians language and I was lost on how it really worked. This book was simple to follow without insulting your intelligence. I am happy that following the diet I lost 4 lbs already. I feel healthier, more energy and my tummy troubles have not shown it’s face. I highly recommend this book and lifestyle.

Only the most basic knowledge in this audio book

I had higher expectations for this book, and it's coming up a bit short. There are a lot of scientific claims made, but no studies or sources cited. It feels more like a pep talk than a guide. There is some good information, but not much depth. It may be helpful to someone who has no clue what a ketogenic diet is and has some curiosity.

Very useful book when following the Keto eating

I have been trying to eat with the Keto diet in mind. First off, Keto is so much easier than some of these other health eating regeimens. This cookbook was purchased to help me with recipe ideas and to better understand what exactly I can/cannot eat. Very useful book when following the Keto eating.

This book is really helping me stay on track

This is a good introduction to the Keto diet. Recipes and a starter meal plan are included. There is a listen of what to expect in the beginning of following the Keto diet.
